The story behind this collection "Matrix Genesis" goes like this: In the beggining, there were only matrix lands, pure abstract landscapes. Volcanic activity then turned parts of abstract lands into mud and rocks. Then came microorganisms. And then came grass, bushes and trees which started turning poisonous and toxic atmosphere into oxygen, slowly enabling formation of more complex oxygen-based organisms...
