In a dystopian and decentralized future there is constant war for the control of the Universe the main Galactic Forces are commanded by enemies Evolutionary AI's are constantly experimenting by terraforming planets and testing ecosystems and genes to recruit intelligent creatures for their armies and because of their hunger of DATA, they created the Bird People. But Bird People were not happy and began the rebellion.
