P Rooli was born in The Bounty Bar, but first in the heart of Ron, its bartender. In those days, Ron saw in many customers, the anguish, overheard hopelessness in conversations, and sensed their feelings of ruin. Few kept hope alive during that winter. "A light, that's what they need," he thought. "A lighthouse in the heart of Galia." The P Rooli is a unique dark beer, a little bitter, poured upside down, as if to reverse the universe and uncertainty of those days. In its bubbles, Ron could see how each one insisted on persevering, pushing its way toward the top of the glass. They naturally coalesced near the ice cubes forming a dense foam. Like a strong community. One supporting the other and keeping the ice afloat. But something was still missing. "An almond flower," his memory answered him. Its delicacy and unique perfume were commonly associated with calming and cozy stories. To some it reminded them of a mother's lap; to others the embrace of a true friend. "A safe haven. A beacon of hope," he thought. Satisfied with his creation, Ron was looking forward to seeing the smiles return to his regular ONI, MUD and Ustur customers. But most of all, he was curious as to how the P Rooli would bring comfort to all those new faces yet to visit The Bounty Bar.
