Over three thousand years ago the Pharaoh Amenhotep woke up to the breathtaking city "Luxor". Every inch of Luxor was built entirely of gold. Amenhotep ruled with an iron fist, yet was adored by his people for giving them all such an extraordinary city. After his death, his son Tutankhamun became ruler of Egypt—and turned his back on his father’s legacy. Tutankhamun attempted to tear down the city of gold. But when Tutankhamun's soldiers marched to destroy the city, it was gone. With no other option, the believers of the late Amenhotep moved their beloved city into the sky, where it would be safe for all eternity.
