Few pieces have influenced the history of music as much as this hymn to St. John the Baptist by Paul the deacon in the 8th century. Each of the phrases of each stanza begins on the next note of the musical scale, so the famous author of the current musical notation, the monk Guido D'Arezzo in the 11th century took the first syllable of each verse of the first stanza to name the musical notes: Ut (changed to Do in the 17th century), Re, Mi, Fa, Sol and La. The seventh name: "Si" was added later, combining Sancte Ioannes. This is the first time in history, as far as we have records, that a performance of this piece is turned into an NFT. In addition, this NFT contains the only copy of the performance of the work. The file will be destroyed after mining, to make this NFT an absolutely unique piece.
