The Huli Wigmen are a tribe of humans living in the province of “Hela” in Papua New Guinea. This tribe is distinctively known for their woven wigs made from their own hair. There are no chiefs. Leaders are instead determined by their warmongering and dispute-solving abilities and also by the number of pigs they have. The Huli choose to live a life of Vengeance and Warfare rather than peace.
