Verax is a heavy production planet. It houses the main production facilities of the system. The ice planet was colonized by the Argonasti Empire close to two millennia ago for the purpose of producing certain medical items that had to be produced at very low temperatures. These days, the planet hosts production facilities for most industries. The planet, being set up originally for production has very lax laws regarding pollution, causing most factories to dump their waste wherever suited them, causing near oceans of waste. The waste included many chemicals that melted large rivers into the ice, and the glow of the putrid rivers can be seen from space.
